Fac ut facta sentiantur |

Homœopathic remedies are very sensitive. |
Don’t handle the remedies. If you drop them, throw them away: putting them back in their container risks contaminating the rest. |
Remedies should be taken in a ‘clean mouth’. This means, have nothing to eat or drink for 10-15 minutes before and after taking the remedy. If you have been consuming something very strong-tasting, clean your teeth and brush your tongue, then rinse thoroughly. Wait for 10-15 minutes. |
Tip the remedy into the lid of the container and from the lid into your mouth. Suck it until it has gone. Don’t swallow it down with a drink: it only works if it comes in contact with the nerves of your mouth. |
If you are treating yourself, stop taking the remedy as soon as you notice an improvement. Only resume treatment if the symptoms return. If in any doubt, consult a professional homœopath. |
