Fac ut facta sentiantur

Homœopathic remedies are very sensitive.
Always keep the remedies in their original containers. Keep them away from strong-smelling substances.

Don’t handle the remedies. If you drop them, throw them away: putting them back in their container risks contaminating the rest.

Remedies should be taken in a ‘clean mouth’. This means, have nothing to eat or drink for 10-15 minutes before and after taking the remedy. If you have been consuming something very strong-tasting, clean your teeth and brush your tongue, then rinse thoroughly. Wait for 10-15 minutes.

Tip the remedy into the lid of the container and from the lid into your mouth. Suck it until it has gone. Don’t swallow it down with a drink: it only works if it comes in contact with the nerves of your mouth.

If you are treating yourself, stop taking the remedy as soon as you notice an improvement. Only resume treatment if the symptoms return. If in any doubt, consult a professional homœopath.
